Free Consultations

Free 15-20 minutes no-commitment consultations are available by phone. The consultation enables you to get to know a little about me, and enables me to get to know some of your reasons for seeking counseling at present. This gives us both the opportunity to make sure it’s a good fit before beginning regularly scheduled sessions.

Standard Rates

The standard rate for a 50 minute session is $145. The standard rate for 90 minute Group Counseling sessions is $75. 90 minute extended sessions are available upon request for $261. Depending on your situation, for some family and couples counseling sessions I will recommend 90 minute sessions.

Reduced Rates

I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots. Please inquire about present availability for reduced rate sessions if you believe any of the categories listed below apply to you or your family.

Financial need: I believe mental health services should be accessible for individuals of all economic means. Therefore, reduced rates are available for those in need of financial assistance. Please note proof of household income will be required.

Military: To receive the military reduced rate you must certify you, your spouse, or your parent (for those under 21) are a member of the US Armed Forces, were discharged from the military,  or are retired from the military. The reduced fee applies to both active duty and reservists.

Children of Incarcerated Parents: It has been well documented that the rates of incarceration in the US have skyrocketed in recent decades. The children of those incarcerated are the hidden victims of mass incarceration. In an effort to support these children as they grow reduced rate sessions are available to those under the age of 30 who have/had a parent or primary guardian incarcerated after being found guilty of a crime at any point during their life.

Payment

All clients are required to pay at the conclusion of each session. Clients are required have a card on file which will be automatically charged after each session. Insurance is not accepted at this time; however, I am happy to provide a superbill to you upon request that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note I can not guarantee reimbursement, and I encourage you to contact your insurance provider regarding potential reimbursement for counseling services.

Cancellation Policy

All clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you will not be able to keep an appointment, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance; failure to do so will result in you being charged the cost of your scheduled appointment (except in the event of emergencies or exceptional circumstances).
